1、全自動造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機的(de)(de)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)錯(cuo)位(wei)(wei):在鑄(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)工(gong)藝設計(ji)過(guo)程(cheng)中,出于鑄(zhu)(zhu)件本身結構的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),不(bu)能夠保證分型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)面的(de)(de)確(que)定原則:盡可(ke)能將鑄(zhu)(zhu)件的(de)(de)全部或大部分放在同(tong)一(yi)箱(xiang)(xiang)內以減少錯(cuo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing);從(cong)而(er)在設計(ji)時需要分模(mo),上(shang)(shang)箱(xiang)(xiang)都有;甚至三箱(xiang)(xiang)造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)或多箱(xiang)(xiang)造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)都有。在模(mo)具(ju)(ju)制(zhi)作過(guo)程(cheng)中,如果制(zhi)作水(shui)平不(bu)高(gao),或者模(mo)具(ju)(ju)裝配水(shui)平不(bu)高(gao),那么很容(rong)易會(hui)造(zao)成型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)錯(cuo)位(wei)(wei)。全自動造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機所需要型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)都是雙(shuang)面型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban),型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)一(yi)塊兩面把模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)上(shang)(shang)下箱(xiang)(xiang)分開,在設計(ji)時并不(bu)是真正把模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)分開,只是從(cong)分型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)面上(shang)(shang)分開上(shang)(shang)下模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),制(zhi)作完(wan)成以后整(zheng)體鑲嵌在型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)出現錯(cuo)位(wei)(wei),從(cong)而(er)就(jiu)能夠避(bi)免型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)錯(cuo)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)。但這種做法相對于尺寸較小(xiao)的(de)(de)模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)比較容(rong)易實現,但對于尺寸較大的(de)(de)模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),還得考慮型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)與(yu)模(mo)具(ju)(ju)組裝時要靠定位(wei)(wei)銷優化設計(ji)。
2、全(quan)自動(dong)(dong)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)的(de)錐型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定(ding)位(wei)銷(xiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)有(you)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)塊(kuai):自動(dong)(dong)水(shui)平(ping)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)有(you)一個(ge)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)設計,就是錐型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定(ding)位(wei)銷(xiao)定(ding)位(wei),這種方式方便更(geng)換(huan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)不(bu)(bu)需要固定(ding),更(geng)換(huan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)只需要抬(tai)下(xia)(xia)使用完的(de)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban),換(huan)上(shang)(shang)新的(de)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)放大托(tuo)模(mo)(mo)架上(shang)(shang)即可(ke),更(geng)換(huan)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)非常(chang)快。但是,這種錐型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定(ding)位(wei)銷(xiao)面(mian)(mian)如(ru)果(guo)清理不(bu)(bu)及時(shi)容易(yi)粘(zhan)(zhan)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha),造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi),上(shang)(shang)下(xia)(xia)箱(xiang)合(he)模(mo)(mo)時(shi)由于吹砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)不(bu)(bu)干凈,定(ding)位(wei)銷(xiao)銷(xiao)面(mian)(mian)上(shang)(shang)存有(you)浮砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha),上(shang)(shang)箱(xiang)和下(xia)(xia)箱(xiang)合(he)箱(xiang)不(bu)(bu)嚴,留有(you)縫隙,型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與(yu)上(shang)(shang)下(xia)(xia)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)箱(xiang)之間不(bu)(bu)平(ping)行(xing),造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)錯位(wei)。全(quan)自動(dong)(dong)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)粘(zhan)(zhan)有(you)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)塊(kuai),合(he)箱(xiang)時(shi)模(mo)(mo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)與(yu)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)箱(xiang)合(he)上(shang)(shang)不(bu)(bu),也容易(yi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)錯位(wei)。為了防止錐型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定(ding)位(wei)銷(xiao)錐面(mian)(mian)粘(zhan)(zhan)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha),造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)專門設有(you)吹砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)裝(zhuang)置,每完成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)循(xun)環,使用風槍吹走浮砂(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)(sha)。
3、全自動(dong)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)機的推(tui)型(xing)(xing)(xing)過快(kuai),上下錯位:一(yi)般情(qing)況下,液壓動(dong)力單(dan)元性能穩(wen)定(ding),使用壽命, 動(dong)力消耗(hao)降低,但是在實際生產過程(cheng)中(zhong),由于長期(qi)使用,油(you)缸(gang)(gang)密封圈容易老化,造(zao)(zao)(zao)成密封不嚴,甚(shen)至有時由于液壓泵站冷卻效(xiao)果差,油(you)溫過高等,還是容易出現問(wen)題(ti)。全自動(dong)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)機在造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong),合箱(xiang)(xiang)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)完(wan)(wan)成以(yi)后(hou),首(shou)先(xian)是脫箱(xiang)(xiang)油(you)缸(gang)(gang)帶(dai)動(dong)脫箱(xiang)(xiang)板把合箱(xiang)(xiang)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)完(wan)(wan)成砂(sha)胎脫離輔助(zhu)砂(sha)箱(xiang)(xiang),接砂(sha)型(xing)(xing)(xing)板回落原位,此時合箱(xiang)(xiang)造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)完(wan)(wan)成以(yi)后(hou)的砂(sha)胎需要(yao)從造(zao)(zao)(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)位轉(zhuan)移至澆注I工(gong)(gong)位輸(shu)送到(dao)澆注段,如果推(tui)箱(xiang)(xiang)缸(gang)(gang)速度(du)過快(kuai),推(tui)箱(xiang)(xiang)板推(tui)動(dong)下箱(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)胎就會與(yu)上箱(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)胎晃動(dong)而錯移。
4、全自動造型(xing)機(ji)的套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)壁清(qing)掃不干(gan)凈,粘有砂(sha)(sha)(sha)塊:搬運套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)放到(dao)待澆注(zhu)(zhu)的砂(sha)(sha)(sha)胎上(shang),套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)壁殘余砂(sha)(sha)(sha)塊推動砂(sha)(sha)(sha)型(xing)移(yi)(yi)動,套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)壁與砂(sha)(sha)(sha)型(xing)直(zhi)接接觸(chu);在(zai)(zai)澆注(zhu)(zhu)時由于砂(sha)(sha)(sha)型(xing)內(nei)(nei)腔在(zai)(zai)高溫時水分(fen)遷移(yi)(yi),在(zai)(zai)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)型(xing)外表面遇到(dao)套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)冷凝成(cheng)水珠(zhu),粘成(cheng)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)團(tuan)直(zhi)接吸附(fu)在(zai)(zai)套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)壁上(shang)。正(zheng)常情況下(xia),在(zai)(zai)從澆注(zhu)(zhu)完成(cheng)的砂(sha)(sha)(sha)胎上(shang)取下(xia)以(yi)后,需用(yong)清(qing)掃器(qi)清(qing)掃; 但是長(chang)期(qi)使用(yong)后,清(qing)掃器(qi)把刷老化會造成(cheng)清(qing)掃不干(gan)凈,致使套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)內(nei)(nei)壁仍存有砂(sha)(sha)(sha)團(tuan),在(zai)(zai)套(tao)(tao)箱(xiang)(xiang)放在(zai)(zai)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)胎上(shang)時,這些多(duo)余的砂(sha)(sha)(sha)團(tuan)會造成(cheng)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)胎移(yi)(yi)動,從而使用(yong)砂(sha)(sha)(sha)型(xing)錯位(wei)。
5、全自(zi)動(dong)造(zao)型(xing)機的起(qi)模(mo)不(bu)平(ping),上(shang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)(sha)胎(tai)傾斜:全自(zi)動(dong)造(zao)型(xing)機模(mo)板放在(zai)(zai)起(qi)模(mo)架上(shang),造(zao)型(xing)完成(cheng)后(hou),模(mo)板脫(tuo)離時,起(qi)模(mo)架上(shang)的起(qi)模(mo)支點不(bu)在(zai)(zai)一條(tiao)水平(ping)線(xian)上(shang),起(qi)模(mo)時快(kuai)慢(man)不(bu)一至(zhi)導致起(qi)模(mo)高(gao)度不(bu)一致,起(qi)模(mo)完成(cheng)下芯合箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou),下箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)(sha)胎(tai)平(ping)放在(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)移(yi)臺車上(shang),上(shang)砂(sha)(sha)胎(tai)傾斜;在(zai)(zai)放套箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)時,套箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)就會推動(dong)上(shang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)(sha)胎(tai)移(yi)動(dong)。其實這種情況和上(shang)面(mian)套箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)清掃不(bu)干凈(jing)粘有砂(sha)(sha)塊一樣,更(geng)終結(jie)果都是上(shang)下箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)砂(sha)(sha)胎(tai)位(wei)置錯位(wei)。
總(zong)之(zhi),全自動造型機在實際(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中(zhong),有的錯(cuo)箱并未造成鑄件報廢,通過機械加工(gong)修整,或(huo)者說在一(yi)定的錯(cuo)型值允許范圍內(nei);但對于精準(zhun)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)來說,錯(cuo)型值越(yue)小越(yue)好,要(yao)想達到這(zhe)一(yi) 目標,還要(yao)在生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)不斷檢查這(zhe)些(xie)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)錯(cuo)型的因素,不要(yao)等到生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)出鑄件后才發現(xian)錯(cuo)型,因此應該在生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)控制好各個(ge)環節。
